Ep104: Peace of Mind (How To Find It and Keep It!)

Peace of Mind... not just a great song by the band Boston, but something we dearly need in our lives. Kind of in the "take a break" category but also more encompassing. Peace of mind is more of a lifestyle change and concerted effort to chill and be happy in our own skin. Anyhoo, this l'il podcast points out seven ways to find it and keep it. Peace Of Mind (Getcha Some!)

Peace of mind... something we should never lose sight of, especially in these crazy times. It's so easy to get all balled up in the day's events that we forget to take time to chill. The IDGAF Method (It Works!)

Nothing kills us like our minds, so let’s not allow that happen. We are the bosses of our minds so let’s chill and leave that worry and anxiety in the dust. Like most life changes we make, if we practice IDGAF it really eases things and less stress equal more happiness. Works for me! Love all y’all!
