7 ways to say no... there are probably more but these are fairly polite ways to avoid getting into a situation you might regret later. Sometimes we're so concerned about hurting others' feelings (or just coming off the wrong way) and we say "yes" to projects or things that really don't benefit us, our families, or whatever the end result is on the whole dealio. So let's learn to say "no" before we end up with a wacko to-do list that keeps us from doing the stuff we really want to/need to accomplish. PS I really like Super Grover from Sesame Street.
