Yes indeed, master your mind y'all. Folks often think of meditation as lighting candles, burning incense, going "ommm" (whatever that means it beats me...).
However it's actually very simple. Just a minute or two pulling yourself aside and chilling, focusing on breathing, and clearing away those obstacles that screw up our day. It ain't hard, friends; it works for me and thought it worth sharing. Give it a shot but stick with it - I had to and am glad.
Simple and effective (kind of like milk of magnesia... yikes!). No incense or candles required.
