Why not take a minute during your day to "press pause: and reflect and reset? Put your phone down and... breathe. It only takes a minute (or less) to refresh, and again, reset your mind and hopefully make your day that much better.
Of course, there's little story - actually not really a story - that ties it all together; at least that's the intention here. So let's all take a "chill pill" once in a while and get things back on track. I hope these l'il reminders are helpful, and don'tcha know I love all y'all!
