Mindfulness (Block Out The Noise)

Mindfulness.. blocking out the noise. We can do it through reading, but for convenience sake (or in the middle of the night in the dark), why not try a meditation app? There are free ones, but the paid apps usually come with a trial period. If you like one, it's worth the small investment IMO. Hey you may know this already, but they work for me and thought I'd share. Love all y'all!
