Use social media for positive results; if you're in a crummy mood, either put the phone down and do something to lighten things up; or look up a recipe, wish someone a happy birthday, or play a fun game. It works for me but I still have to remind myself (hence this short video...). You're never going to win an argument on Facebook or any other social media so take a load off and chill.
